After Escalating a case...

After a while, I was wondering how this processes through. Ive had this case now for 2 weeks and currently the last call for the seller, is on Sunday. I escalated this to a claim, and I am nothing but curious of how this works out, if the seller doesnt respond to the time and date he was given.

If the seller doesnt respond to the time and date given then ppal will make a decision usually within 48 hrs(although it depends on circumstances) of date
