ho do i report a buyer who said there item hasnt been recieved when in fact they have recieved it

You can email whichever company the claim was open with (eBay or PayPal) and provide us with proof the item was delivered.

I'm also having this problem, however eBay have closed the case in the buyers favour!? Despite tracking information being provided, and the item was delivered.

They only opened the case on eBay to ask us to leave the parcel in the porch!?

So how can I open a case with PayPal regarding the situation?
