How long i have to wait to get the money into my Paypal account?

I bought  a MoneyPak card and add it into my Paypal account. How long i have to wait for the money from Money Pak to transfer into Paypal account?

 

It said: The MoneyPak was refunded on 3/9/2014 6:31:10 PM in the amount of $20.00.

If you received a refund, the funds should be credited back to your MoneyPak.  You would then have to manually transfer the funds from the MoneyPak to your PayPal Account.  Did you do that?
