How do I partially Refund?

I am trying to do a partial refund on an item i have sold i have went through the instructions on the help screen - go to activity, find the item you want to refund it is not giving me an option to partially refund the item ebay isnt much help either someone please answer this for me im getting really frustrated

'Click' on the transaction in your paypal account and the refund option is at the bottom of that 'details' page.

I still cant find it can you send me a screenshot of what youre talking about ive looked on the bottom of all details screen there is no option to refund on paypal its only coming up on ebay
