I sold an item on eBay for 100 but the buyer wasn't happy and wanted 20 pound refunded so I transferred 20 to his PayPal and he closed the case so I can withdraw my money but I got an email saying my 20 pound never went through but the case is still closed and it will not let me withdraw the money it is not in my wallet screen but on my activity screen it says -20 +100 it is all there can the only thing it will let me do is refund the payment what do I do? I am trying to do a partial refund on an item i have sold i have went through the instructions on the help screen - go to activity, find the item you want to refund it is not giving me an option to partially refund the item ebay isnt much help either someone please answer this for me im getting really frustrated ...
