Hello, I'm just wondering how would I get to speak to an actual person in customer services when calling from the UK. The number it gives to call only has an automated voice who you tell your issue to and then it matches a recorded message with the closest thing to what you said. But if this doesn't resolve your issue, it doesn't give you the option of speaking to an actual person. So, how could I speak a real person, or even just email someone, who could actually answer my query? Thank you.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
