How can I get a refund?

Hey,

I recently purchased some badges through using paypal, but I accidently bought 3 badges of the same kind. Thus I would like to refund 2 of them, but there seems to be no way of refunding my purchase (the status of transactions is "completed") . I have gone onto Overview and History, clicked on details, and there was no "issue refund", furthermore I went onto the transactions "details" tab and still there was no where for me to try and get a refund.

Could you please tell me how I can get my refund?

I ordered some books which I had to download . Pay Pal paid the monies but before I got to the download I was innundated with other books to buy and download and then I lost the page.  But according to the company and their

emails for other  stuff I have already downloaded the original books.  Surely they know if their books are downloaded.

They have ignored my first email and I have now sent a 2nd one.   Any ideas?

 i had paid for android somtimes around 9th dec never recieved item ebay started action on 9th jan but have had no contact with either ebay or seller i believe it was £42 have read the sellers feedback it loks like a scammer can you help .

i bought a deal from kgb for 3 collegen face and eye masks.the problem is i cannot cotact the seller beauty cabinet. because i cannot fill my address in because its blocking me.theres no way i can get my goods.

I paid through paypal Merchant- PRAMOT PORNSAKUNPHAISAN

A total of £18.93

The order never arrived and no responce from the seller, looking on their website it seems other people have also lost money.

I made a donation to Siloam Christian Ministries, on 26 November, of  £10.  Somehow this has been duplicated.  I really can't afford £20, so could I have one of the £10's repaid me please.
