Hey,
I recently purchased some badges through using paypal, but I accidently bought 3 badges of the same kind. Thus I would like to refund 2 of them, but there seems to be no way of refunding my purchase (the status of transactions is "completed") . I have gone onto Overview and History, clicked on details, and there was no "issue refund", furthermore I went onto the transactions "details" tab and still there was no where for me to try and get a refund.
Could you please tell me how I can get my refund?

Thank you for replying but I've already resolved it, I called the customer services and they opened up a claim for me and I got my money back from the seller. At the same time as contacting customer services I emailed the seller and he agreed to give me the refund.

Hey there,
As the buyer in this transaction you will not see an ‘Issue Refund’ button as it is for the seller should they wish to refund you. If you would like a refund you will need to contact the seller directly and arrange the refund and possible return of the badges with them. However, I would advise you that the seller is not obliged to refund you.

Hi colleagues
I stated a price for the postage for sending an item, for which the winning bidder paid. It was an estimated price but when I went to the Post Office to send the parcel, the cost was less than my estimated one.
I do not like the idea of over charging on postage particularly when the current postage is high enough. What is the procedure for sending a refund to the winning bidder please
