When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.

Thanks, I got through to an agent with some difficulty but he was not help. He could not tell me whether the spending limit on an unverified account is an annual one or is a total from when the account was opened.
