Help needed to get money back on returned item.

I purchased a dress from shopofwedding on e bay on 01 January 13. The dress arrived in February 13 but it was hidious and nothing like what I ordered. I contacted the company and after them initially offering me a discount to keep the dress agreed I could send it back and they would refund my money minus postage. They said that due to the Chinese New Year holiday they would be able to refund the money until the end Feb. I did not know about the 45 day case etc as new to e bay. I have not had any response despite numerous e mails, phone calls and e bay are not interested saying it is to late. I have been scammed for £92  and no one seems bothered. Any suggestions?

If you have sent the dress back as you say its too late for paypal to do anything, but if you paid by ccard ask your card issuer/bank if they could help you chargeback

I paid by Santander debit card. I didn't think I would be covered but I'l call in the branch and ask. Thanks
