So a few days ago someone opened a dispute against me which ended up in me having to give the buyer a full refund, which is fine, but the problem is now that he opened a case my balance has gone down to -£72.50. How can I refund him when the money is in the minuses. Help please!

Hi Danielbeni,
Welcome to the community forum.
If your buyer has opened a claim on the payment you received you can issue a refund by responding to the case. This would mean your PayPal balance will still be negative and you can resolve that afterwards.
Here’s how to issue a refund:
- Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
- Click ‘Resolution Center’ near the top of the page.
- Click ‘View’ under ‘Action’ next to your dispute.
- Click ‘Grant a full refund’ near the bottom of the page.
- Review the information and click ‘Continue.’
- Click ‘Issue Refund.’
I hope this helps.
Rachael
