Hi I purchased a sofa on the 4th March. I moved into a property today so requested the sofa be delivered today. This was confirmed on the phone with the person on Wednesday. They assured me it would be delivered today. There is no sign of them, their phone is off, not answering emails or texts. They have happily taken the money and I am now worried. I contacted eBay who said I have to contact PayPal and I used a guest account?!! Help!!

You can still file a dispute for non receipt of item as a guest buyer BUT you have to ring customer services and they open one for you and escalate it to a claim instantly for you >>>
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
Advice is voluntary.
