HOW DO YOU CONTACT PAYPAL VIA EMAIL?

hiya, i am having some trouble contacting paypal, i dont have a phone with credit on it so i really need to email them, it says i owe them £2.60 and i need to let them know that ill pay that when i get payed..

If you go to contacts then email its says sorry does not exist...I need to email pay pal regarding two payments I made and need a refund I filed a dispute. I thought pay pal was a safe truth worthy site??

On the bottom of the  page of the paypal website click "contact" there you will see "email us"

You need to be logged in to your paypal account first or you do get a page that says it does not exist.

Scam this does not work...it opens to a page this site no longer exists....pay pal does not care!
