Hi everyone,

Unfortunately a gig I was going to has been cancelled so the ticket vendor have issued a refund to me. The only thing is... I bought the tickets on a card which has since expired. As it had expired, I removed it from PayPal (stupidly?). I've contacted the vendor but thought it may be worthwhile to make a post here to look at my options and likelihood of a fast resolution to this issue whilst I wait their response.

So, am I going to receive my money and the balance just hasn't updated yet or do I need to go through a long and drawn-out process to get my money back?

Thanks in advance for any helpful responses!

You don't say whether it was a credit or a debit card??

If its a c.c. then if the transfer fails it should bounce back to your paypal balance but can take up to 30 days to do so.

If its a debit card and linked to the same bank that the new card is then there should not be a problem and it should go through ok.

I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

Marking one of my replies as a solution would be appreciated if I sorted your problem.
