Did you pay using the gift or goods option??

If the latter then file for item not received via the resolution tab in your paypal account > put in what has happened and escalate to a claim.

Do not close the dispute until paypal have sorted it.

OK don't give up yet, you may still be able to file a dispute > claim BUT paypal may only get your money back if the seller has funds in his paypal account that they can get at but if not then paypal won't refund you under their seller protection programme if you used the gift option.

If that happens and you funded your paypal payment with a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.

1. Go to paypal account > file for item not received via the resolution tab in your paypal account > put in what has happened and escalate to a claim.

2. If you used a debit or credit card to fund your paypal payment then if the claim fails go to your bank or c.c. company and ask them if they will chargeback the payment for you.

Sorry nothing else i can advise and must away to bed ....work tomorrow.

It comes up with this..

This dispute cannot be processed at this time. This is usually because the transaction has not yet been completed. If this is a completed transaction, please double check that the Transaction ID you selected refers to a payment that you sent.

But it says the payment is completed/

I did say you may not be able to open a dispute for a gift payment.

So go to plan B and contact your card issuer.
