Hi - please can someone tell me why I have been charged, as a seller, £2.20 for an echque that I neither wanted or requested. My buyer had a problem with their Paypal account and the payment is now going through as an echque with a wait of over a week and I've lost £2.20 out of the payment because of it. Why do I get charged and not the seller please??
