Hi guys
So I recieved an item that had a fault, and the seller, who has been very responsive, agreed for me to return the item for a refund. The case is currently open as I explained I wouldn't have chance to send it for a few days due to commitments in the week, and since then he proposed a partial refund which I accepted. I can see payment has been made, but via E-Cheque, and it stated that it may take 5-7 days for it to clear. The seller wants me to close the open returns case now that he's made payment, but is it safe for me to do that? Could he not then cancel the payment he has made? In all honestly he seems very genuine and I don't believe they would do that, but you can never be too sure. Many thanks!
Regards, Tyler
