Depop refund claim

Hi, what do I do if my bio clearly states on do. That I do no refunds and a cubs timer is trying to go through pay pal to get a refund ?

Your ''no rufunds'' policy only applies to buyer remorse.

 

You accepted paypals terms when you opened your account and that says you have to refund but only if the item is not received OR not as described.

Thank you for reply

That if customer is lying.
My item is as decribed. It states that the shoes have been worn. The shoes are exactly as shown in the picture so there fore I described the item to the best of my ability.

Well its up to paypal to make that decision based on the item description on the invoice or auction etc .

 

BUT if they find in favour of the buyer then the buyer has to return the item back to you (trackable to prove delivery), first at their own expense before you have to issue a refund.
