Hi ERICOO7,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
If you're a buyer and you've resolved your complaint with the seller and wish to close it, you can do so in the Resolution Centre. Here's how:
- Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
- Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre.
- Under ‘Action’, next to the dispute/claim, click View.
- Click Close this dispute and follow the instructions to close your complaint.
If a seller agreed to give you a refund, wait until the money is in your PayPal account before you close the complaint. If you close it, it can't be re-opened.
If you're a seller, you can close a case buy offering a refund to your buyer. Here's how to offer a refund:
- Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
- Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre.
- Under ‘Action’ next to your dispute, click View and follow the instructions to offer a refund.
Hope this helps,
Intars
