I bought Iphone 6 need rapair from MECARI ,after got the phone inside a lot missing parts ,i contact company same day and make shipping label and return ,some how missing phone company investegate and agree refund missing item ,but they don't refund 79 dollars in PAYPAL account ,paid store credit with short periot time .I disargree and contact PAYPAL and send all information : shipping label return Iphone and email company paid store credit .The case open on Apirl 30-2017 ,the pass 2 weeks my case was close when i make phone call ,they still investegate ,in the pass i make a lot phone call and request to talk to supervisior ,put me in hold more than 40' until i give up ,so i have no any idea why it take so long investegate .Any help i really apreciate .
