Hi
I have recently filed a dispute with Paypal regarding an online transaction after having gone thought the channels with the seller and getting nowhere.
I know that the seller is not interested in giving me a refund(the item never arrived) and has on the last two occasions when I contacted them through the messaging program on their terminated the chat as soon as a refund was brought up. This is depsite them claiming that a refund would be granted as soon as their 'accountant' returned.
I would rather not have to go through the rigmarole of waiting till the 9th of February when I know nothing will be done from the sellers side.

If it lets you escalate now then do so but after escalating you will still have to wait 10 days to allow the seller to prove he sent the item or refund you.
I think its worth waiting the extra days just in case you receive the item and its misdescribed and you need to change the dispute.

- Paypal keeps asking me to link my already linked debit card when I try to withdraw money. in Adding and withdrawing money
