PLEASE HELP!
I HAVE SENT WRONG PAYMENT AND CANCELLED IT WITHIN FEW MINUTES. I HAD 12 POUNDS ON MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND OTHER FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I'VE GOT MY PAYPAL BALANCE BACK BUT NOT FROM BANK ACCOUNT. I AM WAITING NOW ONE WEEK. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT BACK FUNDING SOURCE IS MENTIONED MY OLD CREDIT CARD NUMBER BECAUSE I HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED IT AND OLD ONE IS NOT VALID. THE QUESTION IS WHERE WILL I GET MY MONEY IF BACK FUNDING SORCE WILL WRONG?? (BUT BANK ACCOUNT STILL THE SAME)]
THANKS A LOT!

Hi anzhelka,
Welcome to the PayPal community forum. We are always happy to have new members.
When you part fund a payment using your balance and your bank account and your payment is cancelled the funds from your balance will be added back to your balance straight away as these are cleared funds. The funds from your bank account will need to clear from your bank account and be added to your PayPal account before they can be returned. It will generally take 5-7 working days for funds to clear from your bank to PayPal. Once they have cleared the funds will be added to your PayPal balance. You can then use these funds to make future purchases or you can withdraw them back to your bank account.
I hope this helps answer your question and if you have any further questions please feel free to post
Paula
