I returned two items to a seller, he promised a refund but is not doing it. Why can he keep me hostage and how long? Opened dispute with e-bay but after stated he would give me refund 12/124/10 he hasn't done it and mostly ignores e-mails and is slow to even respond. How can this be fair? They want their money immediately after sale. I returned these items 12/07/10 seller signed for it at post office and still no refund makes me unwilling to buy on e-bay in future i'm missing 430.00!! This is totally unfair selling. I cannot afford to do business like this with types of sellers, could you?
