i have sold a watch on paypal for $2,900. It turns out there was an error and instead of them taking $2,900 out of the buyers account they took out $3,300. to settle this matter so the money can be credited to my account i was told that i had to send the $400 back to her using western union transfer. my question is how will they send me the $3,300 so that i can send back the $400 if they wont credit it to my paypal account because of this issue?
