charged twice by paypal for one label.

On attempting to print a shipping label on 1/2/12 a message appeared that the service was unavailable and try again later, which I did successfully, however that amount was deducted twice with no void option on the history/detail for this label.  Help!

Call customer service and explain tp them what happened. They should give you the refund for the label.
