cant find my refund

I was just notified by paypal via email that I received a refund. However there is no money in my paypal balance or banking account. Your help is appreciated.

Absolutely!  If it has posted into your PayPal account balance, you can withdraw the funds to your bank account.

I bought an item on 7/4/11.  3 days later we agreed to cancel the purchase and he refunded the money.  It shows refunded and "complete" on my page but it won't let me transfer any funds to my account.  I read something about 5 days in a earlier post.  Is that how long it takes?

I'm having the same problem. This is what my screen looks like. I don't see anything on my bank account or paypal account. It shows Completed, but I don't see any funds anywhere.
