I hope someone can help me....I purchased a purse in June of this yr. and when I recieved it the purse was damaged. It had a hole where the snap was suppose to be. I paid $62.00 plus my shipping which made the total $71.60. I contacted the seller and she would not refund my money. I contacted ebay and they instructed me to send the purse back and so on July 16 I sent the purse back. I have never recieved my refund. I have contacted ebay 7 or 8 times and they tell me that one on my # on the confirmation was missing.....(how does that happen?) the seller has acknowledged that she recieved the purse. She even emailed me up until the first of Sept. wanting to work this out. Fine I was overjoyed.....but I haven't heard from her since. I have emailed her and I have paypal buyer disputing this case....but I feel as if ebay let me down......what else can I do but to file a small claims? It is only $62.00 but this **bleep** ripped me off.!!!!

That sounds like a very frustrating situation.  If you've filed a claim with PayPal, that's the best step to works towards a resolution.  You'll want to follow the claim process to see what we can do for you.  Depending on when you filed your claim, there may be very little that we can do as you need to file a claim within 45 days to have the transaction investigated.  If you're outside of the 45 day mark we still allow a claim to be filed, however, there is no actual investigation.  We contact the seller to let them know of the issue and ask that they work with you to resolve.  Aside from PayPal/eBay dispute procedures it would be up to you regarding additional action to take.

Hopefully you paid with your CREDIT CARD then the reast is easy.

Contact your CC company. Them them you are disputing the charges.

They will place a hold on the transaction and send you a form to fill out

affirming that what you say is true.

Then they will reverse the charges against the seller, and debit the sellers PayaPal account.

Remember, from this point forward work with your credit card company NOT PayPal

-Peace out
