This seems to be a reaccuring theme with paypal, so where are our refunds? I get them and they show up on the paypal transactions but neither in any balance or in my bank accoumt. Why are you holding our money hostage? You take it out fast enough why not put it back as fast? Here is another thing, I see that the refunds have been completed but I see no money go back into my bank account nor do I see it in my papal account. Hmmmm, if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck it must be a duck.
Just because it has been debited from you bank account does not mean Paypal has received it yet. A EFT has to "clear" just like a regular check and goes through a clearinghouse.
If a refund is given before the bank funbded payment totally clears, paypal has to wait til the original payment totally clears.
