Yesterday, I got the refund message saying that my refund was completed. Checking down the transaction details, it says my refund is in "Temporary Hold" and the status shows "Placed".
What I want to ask is how long will it take for receiving refund to my bank account.
It sounds as if you made your original payment via your bank account. If this is the case and then the seller refunded that payment to you, then you will see the funds in your PayPal account and not your bank, within 3-4 business days of the original transaction.
The hold you are seeing is only there until the funds have cleared from your bank to PayPal as this is not an immediate process. Thank you for being part of our community and I hope you have a great day.
