Will I get charged transaction fees both ways if I send a refund to a customer for a canelled order?

Welcome to the forums! That's a great question, and I'd be happy to clear it up for you.
If you refund the customer through the Issue Refund link, the entirety of the variable portion of the fee from the original transaction will actually be credited back to you. The only thing you end up paying at all is the $0.30 fixed portion of the fee on the original payment. There is no fee for the return trip back to the buyer.
