I refunded money to a buyer for an item that they recieved broken. Now they say the money isn't in their account and want to know where I sent it. I used the refund link in ebay. Any ideas?
The customer may have one email address associated with their eBay Account and a different email address associated with their PayPal Account. You would need to contact the customer and ask them what email address is associated with their eBay Account. Actually, you don't need to know that address but, the customer will have to add that address to their PayPal Account and verify it, then the funds will appear in their Account.
