Help, I send a action figure to a buyer in Ireland on nov 16th, he says he didnt get it in dec. so he asked me for a refund, so I gave him the refund of $30.00 from paypal. than on Jan. 9th he-emails me and said he got the auction figure, He Said I'll refund you your money 🙂 He still didnt send me the money back, I e-mailed him, And he didnt answer my emails, so what do you thnk I should do? thanks
File a complaint (Fraud) through Paypal, or wherever you bought it (Ebay, Amazon, etc.). Fraud is really serious, and can be punished by law. Know the strength of your stance, and you'll be able to get the refund back faster.
