Alright, so in the claim that i'm making, the seller sent me a fake item (Beat tours by Dre).
Assuming that i do win that claim, am i still going to have to pay return shipping? look at it this way.
The item was $120, with free shipping. If i ship the item back, i'll spend about 5 dollars. So in the end, i'll be losing money, and he'll have the original item back. So shouldn't it be his obligation to pay for return shipping, since it's not my fault?
