Refunded amount...doesn't show up anywhere?

Lastnight I recieved an email from PayPal regarding a partial refund amount for a purchase I made via Bill Me Later in October. The amount I was apparently refunded is $93.66.

First off,I'm confused as to why I was refunded this amount? Did the seller make a mistake? Should I contact the seller?

Secondly,if everything is legit where would I see this refund amount? Would it be on PayPal account or my Bill Me Later account? Given that I made this purchase via Bll Me Later.
