I paid a seller today $362.00 for an item on Ebay. The seller advised he was having a problem with his Paypal account and refunded the money to my Paypal account. However, my Paypal balance is showing $0. Since this was an instant transfer from my bank account, was the money directly refunded there by Paypal? Any help woul be appreciated.
