I do a refund shortly but I paid with paypal using my bank debit/credit card. I have since the purchase had to cancel the card and get a new one because someone had stolen my cc number. How will the seller refund my funds to my account? I've added the new cc number but haven't removed the old one from my paypal account but it is no longer actively tied to my bank account. Is this going to cause issues for my refund?
