I highly suggest that you not use pay pal if you return something because they hold on to your money because the organization refunding will refund immediately but pay pal will take additional 3 to 5 days before refunding!! It is not worth it...They take your money immediately but take an unreasonable amount of time to refund you your money.
Typically if a refund is delayed it is due to a pending transfer from a bank account. Either the original payment was funded by a bank account and the transfer has not yet completed or the refunding account did not have a sufficient balance and therefore the refund was funded by a bank account transfer.
im so confused you see i bought something off ebay through paypal and the next day i got an email saying i was refunded and it says i was on paypal but no money went back into my account.who is gonna fix tht?
