Hi, I am waiting for refund on two orders cancelled by the seller. Both refunds are on hold and have notes saying fraud.
How can I get the money back, it is not fraud, just a cancelled transaction by the other person. Why is it marked as fraud. I do not have access to the email address on paypal as it has been hacked. Will I have been sent an email asking for information?
