Refund marked as complete but no money in my account?

I recieved a refund two days ago. I can see it in my transactions, and it is marked as complete. I originally paid for the item through PayPal Smart Connect. However, there is no money in my paypal account. What's going on?

Hey, figured this out. Apparently because I paid with Smart Connect, it shows up as a credit to your Smart Connect card after a few days, NOT to your PayPal account. You can then either use the credit by using your Smart Connect card, or have the credit sent you as a check through the mail.

It has been almost 30 days since my refund transaction has been completed, but I have yet to receive the money either to my paypal account or my credit card. What up with that? What up with that? What's up----- with that @@@@?

I also have this problem. I have been waiting for a $65 refund and was told it was here. Where is it?

Im out $1116 because of this.  In fact they took the money after I cancelled the transaction.  I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, I suggest you all do the same

I have a bank account linked to paypal and it's been 5 days since the refund says complete on it and i still haven't seen a dime returned to me on a 200+ dollar refund....What the **bleep**!!! Where is my freaking money????
