Refund marked as complete but no money in my account?

I recieved a refund two days ago. I can see it in my transactions, and it is marked as complete. I originally paid for the item through PayPal Smart Connect. However, there is no money in my paypal account. What's going on?

I have been waiting 7 days since PayPal put a hold on my account. I have email twice and not getting any results. The amounty is $110.63.

I'm having the same problem!  I was issued a refund and it shows up in my paypal account as complete, but I do not see it on my bank statement, nor can I track it down any further than the "Transaction Summary" page.  Ugh!

Did anyone look at your pay pal account credit. Usual it will go to your paypal account until you tell pay pal to transfer to your balance to your bank. If you didn't see the credit, call the support center and let them know your issue. They are pretty good in helping you resolving or dispute it with eBay or wherever you buy your items.. Right now. I just cancel my order from one of the clothing store and paid them via pay pal. I am waiting for my refund from the clothing store.The policy in refund usually takes about 7 to 14 days. Each policy are different... I hope this help...
