On May 5, I printed a lable to be sent to Arizona zip 86504 in the amount $10.44. The package was returned as insufficient address. I contacted the buyer and was told that the address is correct and they should not have returned it back to me. We agreed that I should resend it. When I printed it tonight, I find that the 2nd and 3rd line is reversed from the way it is listed on ebay order section and I tried to fix it, but the system would not let me. I printed another label twice. The first one never printed and I tried doing it again. I came out with two more charges of $10.44. So now, I need to fees of $10.44 refunded. I now have two different delivery confirmation/tracking # that has been sent to the buyer who will now be totally confused.
So now, I have the last one that was printed and I am attaching it to the box to be mailed back to the buyer. Hopefully they deliver it with their eyes open this time.
Please advise what I need to do now and how can I get my money refunded?

Hello mariemezz,
If it has been less than 48 hours since you have printed the un-used labels you can simply cancel them by going to the details of the transaction. Next to where you would re-print your label there should be a button that says cancel label. Click on this and you should receive a refund within 2 weeks from the Post Office. I had this happen recently and had no problems getting refunded after I cancelled the label. As for your buyer I would just send them a note to explain what is up and give them the correct tracking number for the label that is now affixed to the parcel. I did this and had no issues with my buyer, in fact they emailed to thank me for clearing up the situation for them and ended up very happy. I hope this helps
