On May 5, I printed a lable to be sent to Arizona zip 86504 in the amount $10.44. The package was returned as insufficient address. I contacted the buyer and was told that the address is correct and they should not have returned it back to me. We agreed that I should resend it. When I printed it tonight, I find that the 2nd and 3rd line is reversed from the way it is listed on ebay order section and I tried to fix it, but the system would not let me. I printed another label twice. The first one never printed and I tried doing it again. I came out with two more charges of $10.44. So now, I need to fees of $10.44 refunded. I now have two different delivery confirmation/tracking # that has been sent to the buyer who will now be totally confused. So now, I have the last one that was printed and I am attaching it to the box to be mailed back to the buyer. Hopefully they deliver it with their eyes open this time. Please advise what I need to do now and how can I get my money refunded?
