Hello mariemezz, If it has been less than 48 hours since you have printed the un-used labels you can simply cancel them by going to the details of the transaction. Next to where you would re-print your label there should be a button that says cancel label. Click on this and you should receive a refund within 2 weeks from the Post Office. I had this happen recently and had no problems getting refunded after I cancelled the label. As for your buyer I would just send them a note to explain what is up and give them the correct tracking number for the label that is now affixed to the parcel. I did this and had no issues with my buyer, in fact they emailed to thank me for clearing up the situation for them and ended up very happy. I hope this helps
