Refund Error

A patron made a donation to our nonprofit organization. When I looked at recent transactions her donation had an 'Issue Refund' button next to it. When I asked her about it she had no idea why the button was there. What should I do?

Library- The "Issue Refund" link is only there if you want to...issue a refund.  Only push that if you don't really want that donation 😉
