Hi there,

 

I was disputed becoz the seller din't ship products for me and seller accepted that they forgot send products to me, but paypal or seller don't return money back to my paypal account , what should i do?

I am sorry to hear about your situation and realize this can be frustrating.  When the case closed out did you receive an email explaining the outcome?  There are a number of things that could have happened but if you have not seen a refund and the case is closed, it may be because the seller either provided valid tracking showing delivery to your address, or the dispute may not have been escalated to a claim within the required 20 day time period.

 

I would encourage you check your most recent emails from PayPal as this will provide you with an exact explanation of what occurred and if you need anything further please feel free to ask.  Take care.

I still waiting respond from seller or paypal , it's nothing happen since oct 2010  almost 2 months .

No one return money back to my account $285.00.

I am sorry to hear that you have not had an update.  Based on your information it sounds as if this case has already been closed because typically it would not take this long to review a case and make a decision. 

 

I would encourage you to review all your open/closed cases in your Resolution Center as this will provide you with an explanation of what happened with your claim.  If you never received a refund and have never received your product, then it sounds as if you may not have escalated your dispute to a claim within the required 20 day time period which means the case would have closed out with no refund being issued.
