I can't get my refund back

On November 29, I used paypal to buy something, but after I paid my money from my bank account, I saw the payment

states is canceled, and it said the seller canceled this payment, and the money has been returned to my account. And

now, it is already 2 day, but the amount of money still not return to my bank account... any help! Do I have to wait more

few days?

Hello, since the payment was bank account funded, paypal has to wait till it actually cleas at both ends. An ach has to clear like a paper check, which usually takes 2-5 business days to clear.

Once it does clear, the refund should show in your paypal account as a balance.  You can keet it there and us it for purchases in the future (which will be instant), or withdraw it back to you bank account.

since when is it possible to pay something using the balance? i tried 2 weeks ago and it wasn't possible, it kept asking for credit card money.
