A few days ago i have agreed with a guy which promissed me to create an e-commerce website for $150. He asked me 50% upfront ($75) and after 10 days he come up with an ugly design not a full website as he promissed.
And now he is asking the restand $75 in order to send me the design or he will take the money.
I found this guy on digitalpoinf forums, and we both agreed "$150 for a complette website Custom Ecommerce Design + Coded to wordpress + installation and configuration on my host."
And now he won't finish the website neither refund me the money.
I will apreciate any sugestion on how to proceed and get a full refund from this scammer.
