An eCheck payment from ****** ****** was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. Please do not ship items until you receive payment.
I bought an item off of Ebay, from this specific seller. Then, I come back the next day and his ebay account is closed and no longer registered. He contacts me through email saying that he will refund my money, and sent me a refund with a specific date. I dont have the item he was supposed to ship by the way. He sends me a refund which is pending, then couple of days later I get the message above.
I basically just got this after I waited 3-5 days, now they telling me to wait another 3-5 days. What should I do? It seems that the seller doesnt have money on the account, so from where and when are they going to refund my money?
This is just frustrating.
If you have experience with this issue, what did you do in order to get your money fully refunded? Also, i heard they fee you with an eCheck payment?
