I have been informed that my account has a 21 day hold on any sales funds unless I can prove delivery or the buyer leaves feedback.
I have never had a dispute with sales or purchases, have a FB rating of 61, 20 sales, one item a $3000 bike frame, and most items over $500. My 1 sales that have detailed feedback all appear to be 5's with a few 4.??
Before receiving this notice I had purchased a $200 item.
I informed the seller that I would try to make payment using my debit card but wasn't ure if paypal would hold the funds.
He go the funds but, unfortunately had already sold item to next highest bidder.
He refundedmy payment and paypal has placed a hold on it!
What gies?
Any insight to why paypal does the things it does to a member who has sales of $9000 and purchases of over $10,000 over the past 6 months and you put a hold on my account?
