I'll be one of the many to quit using paypal for my online transactions for this reason alone. I can use my credit card & recieve refunds without ANY Fees. Why does paypal need to charge a fee now & in this economy!?!?!? WTF Paypal is getting greedy!!!. Forget ebay & paypal(& especially SKYPE!). Thieving company that thugs me out of 2.9%....Per person that adds up to a LOT of money right there. How many people have they done this to?! WOW! I don't recall agreeing to this change in policy & I won't!
There is hasn't been a change in policy. If a refund is sent using the refund link from the transaction details there are no fees. If the refund is sent using send money, then the transaction is charged a fee.
